250Monthly
What happens after you join

Your marketing, worked on every day and graded every week.

mAtlas is the system behind 250Monthly. It answers your Google reviews in your voice, posts to your Google listing every week, adds pages for the searches you're missing, and checks what worked so the next move is a better one. You approve with one tap. This page shows exactly what happens, and when.

$250 a month. No contract, no setup fee, cancel any time.

Why a system, not a to-do list

Your customers look you up at 9pm. Your marketing should already be done.

Reviews come in after hours. Searches happen on weekends. The owner who "gets to it Friday" is always a week behind, and nobody ever checks whether last month's post did anything.

Marketing on a to-do list

  • Reviews sit unanswered until someone has a free evening
  • The Google listing goes quiet for months at a time
  • Posts are whatever came to mind that day
  • Nobody measures what worked, so the same guesses repeat
  • The website says the same thing it said two years ago

Marketing with mAtlas

  • New reviews get a reply drafted in your voice as they come in
  • One Google post goes out every week, on schedule
  • Topics are picked by season, by gaps, and by what's working
  • Every post is measured and graded, and the grade changes the next pick
  • New pages get added for the searches you don't show up for yet

It runs 24/7 because your customers do. It grades itself because a system that never checks its own work just repeats its mistakes faster.

You're in, and the welcome is already on its way

Checkout takes a couple of minutes on Stripe. You land on our welcome page, and within minutes an email from Matt arrives with the one form we need. Your account is live and our team is notified the moment you pay.

Day 1

One short form, then your baseline

The welcome form takes about five minutes, and "I don't know" is always an allowed answer. On WordPress you approve our access on your own site with one tap, so you never type a password to us. Within one business day of that form, you get your baseline: where your site and Google listing stand today, and the plan for week one.

You Our team
First 7 days

The engine gets set to your business

  • A short voice brief, so drafts sound like you and not like a template
  • A plain-English page for your Google posts, with a real sample post, before anything goes up
  • Your first review-reply drafts, including older reviews still waiting for an answer
  • Your first weekly Google post, sent to you for a yes or no
  • The first fixes on your website, and your private report page
  • Your first Monday check-in from Matt

First 30 days

The rhythm settles in, and the grading starts

  • Older unanswered reviews are worked through a few a day until the backlog is clear
  • Four weekly Google posts, each one measured for the week after it went up
  • The first grades come in and the topic mix starts to shift toward what's working
  • Your first two new pages, aimed at searches you're missing, checked and placed on your site

Same rhythm, sharper choices

The calendar below keeps running. Every week adds another graded post, so the picks get better with time instead of just repeating. The price stays $250.

A normal week with mAtlas

Some things happen every day, some once a week, some once a month. Here is the whole calendar.

  • DailyReview repliesDrafted in your voice as reviews arrive, sent to you with one-tap buttons.

  • WeeklyGoogle postDrafted early in the week, you tap yes, it goes live and gets measured.
  • MondayGrades and check-inLast week's posts are scored, and Matt's short check-in lands in your inbox.
  • MonthlyTwo new pagesAimed at searches you're missing, fact-checked, and placed by our team.
How it judges its own work

Every post is a test. Every test changes the next pick.

The mAtlas weekly loop Six steps in a circle: something new happens, drafted in your voice, you tap yes, it goes live, it is measured for seven days, it is graded, and the grade shapes the next draft. EVERY WEEK a better pick 1 · Something newa review, a new week 2 · Drafted for youyour voice, facts checked 3 · You tap yesor no, from your phone 4 · Goes liveGoogle, your site 5 · Measured7 days after vs 7 before 6 · Gradedshapes the next pick
  1. Something new happensA new review comes in, or a new week starts.
  2. Drafted for youIn your voice, with every fact checked against what you gave us.
  3. You tap yesOr no, from your phone. Nothing goes out without it.
  4. Goes liveOn your Google listing or your website.
  5. MeasuredThe 7 days after it went up, against the 7 days before.
  6. GradedThe grade shapes next week's pick, and the loop starts again.

What "graded" means

Google reports what people did on your listing each day. After each post, mAtlas compares the week after it with the week before and weighs the actions that matter most to you.

How much each action counts
A call from your listing×5
A message×4
A click to your website×3
A request for directions×2

Topics that earn more get picked more often. Topics that don't get rested. Nothing repeats within eight weeks, and new topics still get a fair try.

Straight talk: one week on a small listing can be noise. A grade nudges the next choice. It is never sold to you as a result, and your report keeps "what we did" and "what the numbers did" in separate columns.

One content rhythm

Your reply, your post and your page use the same words

One topic list drives your Google posts and your new pages, and review replies draw on the same facts and wording. Here is what that looks like for one topic.

Example A made-up pool service company, so you can picture it with your own business.

Review reply
★★★★★
"Our heater quit right before the cold snap. They had it running the next morning and showed me how to set the timer."

Owner reply: Thank you for trusting us with your heater. A cold snap is the worst time for it to quit, and we're glad it was running the next morning. We show every customer the timer setting so the water is warm when you want it. Enjoy the pool this winter!

Drafted as the review arrives. Posted only after the owner taps yes.

Weekly Google post

Is your heater ready for the first cold snap?

Before the first cold snap, book a heater check. We test the heater, clean the filter and set the timer, so the water is warm when you want it.

Call now

Picked because it's the season and heater topics were earning calls. Graded next Monday.

Pool heater checks before the cold snap

A heater that sat all summer can fail the first night you need it. Our heater check covers the heater, the filter and the timer, so your pool is warm when you want it, even after a cold snap.

Part of a monthly page aimed at a search the business wasn't showing up for.

When your replies, posts and pages talk about the same jobs in the same words, Google and AI assistants get a clearer picture of what you do. No prices, hours, or ratings go into any of it unless you gave them to us.

Who does what

Your part takes minutes. The rest runs without you.

What we ask of you

A few minutes a week
  • Fill the welcome form once, and approve access on your own site
  • Tap Post it or Don't post on the replies and posts we send
  • Tell us when something is wrong, even one word. It becomes a rule for every future draft
  • Send real photos of your work when you have them. Your photos always go first
  • Read the Monday check-in, and answer it if you like

What mAtlas and our team do

Every day, all year
  • Watch for new reviews and draft each reply in your voice
  • Pick, write and publish one Google post a week, after your yes
  • Measure and grade every post, and adjust the next pick
  • Find searches you're missing and add two new pages a month
  • Check your site every night and fix what breaks
  • Answer every message you send within two hours

What software does, and what a person checks

  • Software drafts replies, posts and pages, and runs a fact check on every one. A draft that invents a number, a price or an hour is held back.
  • You approve anything that goes out under your name.
  • Our team places new pages on your site and checks every change with a site scan before and after.
  • If you don't answer, the rule is the one you pick: either every item waits for your tap, or a reply that has waited three days goes up after one reminder.
What exceeding looks like

We publish the minimums, then beat them

Clear promises are easy to check. Here is the list we hold ourselves to.

A reply to every message within two hours

Any hour. If we haven't answered at 90 minutes, a note goes out, and Matt is paged at two hours.

New reviews drafted fast

We check for new reviews every few minutes. The draft goes to you as soon as it's written, not in a weekly batch.

One Google post, every week

Chosen for the season, your gaps and what's working. Measured after it goes live.

Nothing in your name without your yes

Google posts don't start until you've seen a real sample and agreed to how they work.

No made-up facts

No invented prices, hours, ratings, awards or years in business. If we don't know it, it doesn't get written.

Your real photos first

Never a made-up picture of your people, your trucks or your work.

Honest numbers

If a number went down, you see it. We never claim a change caused a result unless we can show it.

Leave any time, keep everything

No contract. What we built on your site stays yours.

Questions owners ask before they join

What is mAtlas?

mAtlas is the system Westshore Web built to run small-business marketing every day. It drafts review replies, picks and writes weekly Google posts, finds searches you're missing, checks your site overnight, and grades what worked. 250Monthly is how you get it: one plan, $250 a month.

How much of my time does it take?

A few minutes a week once you're set up. You tap yes or no on what we send, and you send photos when you have them. The welcome form on day one takes about five minutes.

What if I don't answer the approval emails?

You choose the rule. Either nothing ever goes out without your tap, or a review reply that has waited three days goes up after one reminder. You can switch at any time by replying to any of our emails.

Can I change a reply before it posts?

Yes. Reply with the change and we fix it before it goes up. Every correction becomes a rule, so you don't have to say it twice.

Is AI writing my replies and posts?

Software writes the drafts, based on how you talk and the facts you gave us. Every draft is fact-checked, you approve anything that goes out under your name, and our team places new pages on your site.

How fast will I hear back from you?

Within two hours, any time of day. That is the slowest it gets. Our system checks for messages every few minutes.

Do I need a WordPress website or a Google Business Profile?

If your site is on WordPress, we connect to it. If it's on Wix, Squarespace or another builder, we copy it into WordPress for $500, one time. No site yet? A new 30+ page site on WordPress with the Elementor visual builder is $1,250, one time, with your first month included, and you can edit it yourself. For Google, tell us on the welcome form whether you have a listing. The Google side starts once your listing exists and you've added us as a manager.

Can you guarantee I'll rank first on Google?

No, and nobody honest can. What we guarantee is the work and the rhythm on this page, done on time and reported plainly, including the weeks when numbers go down.

What if I stop the engine after 90 days?

You keep the site. It's built on WordPress with the Elementor visual builder, so you can edit it yourself, and the site and its content are yours to keep. Cancel online any time before day 91 and you won't be charged the $250.

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime online. No call, no email needed. Use the Manage or cancel link at the bottom of this page, sign in with the email you paid with and the one-time code Stripe sends you, and cancel. Your site and everything we built stay yours.

What happens if I cancel?

There is no contract. Cancel any time and the engine stops. Your website, your content and your domain stay yours.

Start this week's rhythm today.

$250 a month. Replies in your voice, a Google post every week, and every move graded. You tap yes; mAtlas does the rest.
